I saw a photo of this and thought it was a joke!

The REAL Hillary would NEVER wear spiked heels and wouldn't be able to walk up those stairs.

I think the body double was instructed to pause midway up the stairs to make it "look" like she was gathering her strength to continue up the stairs.

She's dead, Jim.
