Exactly this. The follow through or lack thereof will determine the fucked-ness. If the attorney general acts or if the military finally gets to it, then they’re fucked. Alternatively, this could still go the way of all the other overwhelming evidence. We’ll have to see.

I hope we don't have to wait for all the other states to go through their audits too. I didn't catch the date that Brnovich is going to get the results, or if there is a date by which he has to act on it.
