In the screenshot it shows at least two 3rd party programs accessing the internet, entirely possibly for benign reasons.
avast an antivirus product, which at bootup is likely configured to go searching for newer updates
the java updater scheduler/agent, which is probably also scanning for updates.
Both did this via the akamai caching service, which is the geographically dispersed mirror site to accelerate commonly asked for content.
So in summary:
both of these two connections are likely benign
since they can connect, other software in the bootup/startup are likely also to do this which may be very hostile and involved in the election theft. It is not present in the screenshot, but not does it show everything. So a big question mark is being left on this one.
the county is lying in saying that the system is isolated. At the very least they are making this claim in complete ignorance
if regulations, inspections etc insist that these be isolated from internet connections, then the country operating these systems is in violation of electoral regulations
This was some of the weakest evidence they presented imho. You can't stop windows from reaching out when it boots. More circumstantial stuff.
Like others have said around here, it's the parts they didn't show. We have amazing dlsr cameras! Oh, nevermind, don't look at those yet. I think whatever was uncovered is federal now. Multiple states. There must be legal action behind the scenes right now.

To be fair, that's because the voting machines run on windows. Windows will do that whether you have a nic or not.
It's the fact that they all have nics, and that at least one computer on the internal network connected to external IPs in the logs that are damning.
