Given the luciferian deep states penchant for double speak, they might be telling us a deeper truth regarding their plans.

Namely their pandemic is the existence of free Americans who don't bow down to their god and plan. If they consider us the pandemic, and the vaccine is designed to sterilize and kill us, then distributing the vaccine to all ages is their final solution to their pandemic.
