I find it hard to believe that it is most black people, that's like saying most black people think blm is a good thing.....its all perception and it's what they want you to believe. Most people don't think anyone is racist and go about living their lives, as they should, not thinking bad about another person because of their race. We judge by character and actions alone, and I would definitely say that's the majority of all races.
