I actually lost a shit ton of weight from just snacking on peanut butter and or popcorn when I got the munchies. Maybe it doesn't work great, or is the most ideal food to be eating while trying to be healthy, but it worked for me in moderation!
Yes, when I first came to GAW there was much chatter about popcorn day, I was sooooo confused so asked & ended up looking like a complete dill.
I was like, is it happening, whats happening, is the storm upon us or what? I was sure something huge was actually happening until someone explained it was National Popcorn day, go figure :)
& wow, some of the things they were doing to that stuff blew me away, I guess its a bit like vegemite to us, you know how some do strawberry jam & vegimite on toast kinda stuff.
