So, I had been doing the z-stack vitamins daily and also Ivermectin weekly for the past 5 weeks. Last Sunday started getting sick, sore throat, cough, slight runny nose. Kept up the vitamins with the Ivermect every two days. Very tired all week, slept 12 hours on Wednesday night.
Friday finally show a fever. 100.8 some chills. Go to sleep early, start sweating and I'm thinking it's the fever breaking and this morning back to normal temperatures ... not to last though, this afternoon I have a fever again and am feeling like crap.
I have HCQ but am finding you need to take it and Zinc early in the illness. Basically refuse to get tested since they seem to be BS tests anyway. Not sure what to do at this point.
Zinc is the key. Zinc stops (or significantly slows) the viral replication.
Ivermectin, HCQ, and Quercetin are all 'zinc ionophores'. They are wonderful because they assist getting zinc into your cells. (Without them, zinc can't do it's job.)
But don't overdo the zinc; 35 - 50 mg does the job and I've read that significantly more can nullify the benefits. A quick search shows a very wide range of suggested doses and upper limits, so possibly 110 mg or even higher would be good, but I wouldn't go nuts with zinc.
Ivermectin is good throughout disease course. HCQ only in beginning. If your covid started last Sunday, then you have cleared the virus already and are now experiencing inflammation. Budesonide and/or prednisone are what you take after clearing the virus (which takes ~5 days). Budesonide and prednisone are steroids that prevent inflammation. I am not a doctor and you need to check what I say. This link will have detailed info on what to do: https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/ Consult with a sympathetic professional if you can.

Thanks.
