Many people thought the point of the audit was to find out which votes were illegal (they did that) and then disqualify those votes (since they are Biden votes) which would change the election to be fairer, so then Trump could be legally declared the winner and we could decertify.
Why was there 0 talk about how almost all the illegal votes were cast for Biden. That's literally the most important thing the audit should reveal!
What am I missing? Is doing that illegal? If so where did we go from here? The audit didn't say Biden cheated, it said there was fraud, but it didn't say that they cheated. Wasn't that the reason millions of dollars were donated to the audit? To reveal that the democrats cheated?
The audit has no authority to declare the election anything, only to present the evidence to the state legislature. They are the only ones with any authority over state elections.
Thank you for clarifying.
The audit uncovered irregularities and evidence of potential wrongdoing.
It is now up to the AG to investigate that evidence.
That may lead to further action by the Senate, such as widespread canvass and/or audits of other counties.
The kinematic evidence and examination of routers etc may well reveal more, as we expect it will.
It's about compiling the evidence now, the rest will follow.
Also, the audit tried to 'verify' eligibility to vote using 'commercially available data', and NOT the official voter registration data. This was a mistake, and will have to be rectified if any real progress is to be made.
What's your estimate of time frame for actual prosecution by AG? I ask because people here are saying we need arrests 'next week'. I suspect 'next year' might be closer to reality.
Your guess is as good as mine if/when there may be prosecutions.
We live in a clown world of propaganda, corrupted officials and lawfare and I'm sure they are hoping frustrated citizens take further action so they can complete their police state agenda.
Trying to second guess what's really going on is above my pay grade.
They used a commercial site/service called "Melissa". I saw a detailed explanation of 'why' somewhere in one of the detailed reports on the audit, but I can't remember which one. I don't believe this is in question. Here's a local newspaper that says the same thing - https://tucson.com/news/local/arizona-audit-confirms-trump-lost-finds-no-fraud/article_aa3b67a0-1cd0-11ec-bbc2-8bf71e3fb6f8.html
