For sure.

I love the X-37B stuff. I seriously think they are up there repurposing giant old ass stationary satellites. That's what I would be doing. They are already there so use them as a platform. Re-commission them, update & refurb, now bask in the glory of everyone thinking your orbiting trash when you are anything but. Pretty slick.
