To be fair, their history books now lie and tell you as much.
People have lived in lala land so long they can't see the truth and when presented, it's so revolting to them that it just must be wrong. They can't fathom that the actual facts have been veiled to them.
Hence why the 1776 commission. I cannot wait until that ACTUAL history is taught in our schools again and this... whatever is being done as "history" gets put into the burn piles.
True our History books even lie about little things like the pilgrims did not step off on Plymouth rock. They landed on the cape and when they thought they couldn't survive there sent out people to search for a better place. I of the searchers happened to land at the rock and the rest is history. I went there in 1976 with my family and found out a lot that is not taught in school. The first Fort was run as socialist, and they would have starved because no one wanted to work to store food for winter. If it hadn't been for the natives, they would have starved.
They didn't, some sat on their butts telling everyone else what to do. They felt that they were of such importance that they shouldn't have too. The normies fought back the wrong way. They learned a very quick lesson. They had not anticipated the inability to grow food, they built shoddy shelters and did not have the proper clothing.
There were many factors involved. If you go visit the forts and historical places rebuilt, there is a lot of history not taught in schools.
Theres no such thing as judeo-christian. There is only Christian. All the Judea's hate Jesus Christ. They say he's boiling in a vat of hot excrement. Jesus Christ is the one and only savior. repent.
Again, do you even read anything about what those men actually talked about? This country WAS built on Christian values. Just like people say that the 2A wasn't meant for fighting tyranny...that's literally the argument these guys made. They also suggest they couldn't have known about automatic weapons and such. You think a group of lawyers, inventors, and farmers didn't know that technology would advance to that? Give me a break.
I like that you use one person out of hundreds to say, "SEE! Jefferson didn't like God so there!" Jefferson was making the argument that laws shouldn't be made based on a specific religion. That is true. That's separate than the country being founded on Christian values, which it was.
