This day and age when society globally is in this MAD-based “we are so close to an edge if anyone does a war we all fall” stuff basically implicates everyone. What I mean is can governments even be honest about war now? Not really. It has to be waged in the shadows, not openly, else markets get panicked and everyone is damned.
