I feel like my faith has only gotten stronger ... And I'm a cynic. :-). No matter how miserable I get during this time, something tells me it's all going to be OK. Wish I could explain it.
Well, many people think I'm crazy ... I've never been what you'd consider "normal" :-) ... However, I put on the crazy act because it makes people crack up laughing :-) . Everyone needs that every now and then. If people can laugh at my expense, it is worth it :-).
Enough of that rambling ...
Look, from one human being to another, you are not crazy. Someone up there loves you and is trying to reassure you to not give up and give in. That doesn't mean that you go and live your life recklessly, but I'm sure it means to continue to do whatever you've been doing.
Try to live each day that comes without fear regardless of the gravity of the news. When you can, help those you love. If you're prepping, maybe consider stashing a little extra for any friends or extended family that might need a little help.
Finally, continue to pay attention to that inner voice. Idiots will call it your imagination or will call you schitzo, but you know yourself best. You know when that inner voice is something more :-) . That's all that matters.

Me too!! I keep having that same feeling. And I feel if I told anyone else that they would think I was crazy.
