Yandex has better search results. It still has a lot of the fake news, but includes some truthful ones as well.

At this point, Baidu or Yandex return less manipulated searches than any in the West. Not many left… Quant? Brave? Unless someone has found cheats to trick Bing, Googoyle etc?
