Newborns have eyes like that, worked in a major hospital delivery suite, saw hundreds. This is nonsense. "Pandemic baby", right.

Babies take up to 3 months for their necks to be able to support holding the head. Never in my life seen a newborn hold it’s head up like this.

I think the person holding the baby has a finger supporting the babies neck in the back. You can see the hand in that area.
