Reminder that;
You prob should supplement with Vitamin D.
I find it helps quite a bit with mood in the winter time when days are shorter & it's often rainy / gloomy.
You should take Vit. D along with K2 to maximize absorption.
There are tons of Vit. D supps on the market that have that.
A liquid like this is great; easy to take, easy to tweak / titrate your dose up or down based on how many drops you squeeze into your mouth:
