Whenever I get tired/fatigued, I try and remember that being in the WW1 trenches was a lot harder than what we are suffering. Gives me a little perspective to re-energise.

Now we have to play nice with no relief. You can't even talk about hanging those responsible, legally.
PTSD is a real thing, of course, but it cannot be understated how helpless in comparison we are in terms of getting justice.
