After the big push in the 90s to protect children, following the 'look the other way' culture that had prevailed up to then, Kelly was one of the first 'elite' to just carry on doing heinous shit out in the open.

I knew when I was a teenager and he came out with his "Hah Believe Hah Can Flaah" shite song, a completely blatant rip-off of Some Guys Have All The Luck, that he was a wrong 'un.
