I've been an RN for over 30 years. Thank God I no longer work in a hospital setting. This is going to have a DEVASTATING impact on public health. :-( This madness has got to end!

RN here too. I don't work in hospital and not with pts. But I feel badly for my fellow nurses. And the patients that won't get the care they need.
