Thanks for that clarification. However, that still doesn't explain away the ridiculously fake background and the cheesy giant sized leaves with the outside view clearly painted or stickered on the windows that was supposed to be the WH in the background outside/behind the fake windows. =-)
Perhaps they needed staging areas carefully arranged nearby in case of evac or unexpected event scenario and the oval office doesn't afford the correct arrangement.
