Common Law is for us, the commoner. It is the foundation on which Western law rests. It is the law of the land, as opposed to statute law, which is the law of the sea. Common Law is based on charter documents that can't really be argued against by statute law. However, we the people have let all that get obfuscated and inverted by lawyers to the point that we think they run things. Well they don't.

I imagine that what was served detailed violations of the Aussie charter the court is committing. All members took an oath to that charter, and have been now notified how they are violating that oath. If they do not resolve the violations they will be guilty of misprision: misprision of felony, or treason. In the US, anytime you put evidence of a felony, or treason into the hands of a government actor, and he fails to act on it, he becomes a party to that felony or treason, and hence, at minimum, an accomplice.
