With Bitchute I used a Firefox add-on that presents the link to the MP4 to download. I haven't looked for a way on rumble yet.

Edit: Apparently this. About to try myself.

I can screen record on my phone. If your phone doesn’t have this, I think apps are available. It’s a great tool.
