I know someone who just got ivermectin from India. Ziverdokit pharmacy. They take paypal. Push Health will also prescribe Ivermectin in the USA. Frontline doctors will prescribe hcq.
Amazon has Ivermectin paste or injectible for your horse just in case they get parasites.

I ordered meds from buy-pharma.md

Takes 20ish days to get here but no prescriptions required. Jumped thru the hoops earlier with doctors and prescriptions but it was a total pain, expensive and I kept running out of meds.

Covid19criticalcare.com/pharmacies has a pretty comprehensive list of other pharmacies you can choose from.
