All for $0. 11 comments share 11 comments share save hide report block hide replies
There are 12 zeros in Trillion, and the "T" means "times," like your "times tables." So: $3.5 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 x 0 = $0.
Common Core for the win!
How can it be Common Core when there weren't 17 ridiculous steps to get to the answer?
It's all about feelings and being in agreement with each other. The real answers doesn't matter.
(California's trying to replace their math program with something more equitable that follows these principals... Sadly)
I've submitted our government's math to my bank manager.
It also would be over 16 thousand dollars for every American citizen over 18 years old if they gave it to the people.
If this number is correct.. 209,128,094 citizens 18 and older.. 3.5 trillion divided by 209,128,094 is 16736.1540626
Hey now, none of that old school math here!! This is Common Core all the way :)
Hahahaha!! You are awesome! Good laughs!
