The La Palma Research Center may be as big and as deep as CERN. Anons have said it's a Rothschild place with (even) less oversight. Paul Furber on Gab posted that this may have even been instrumental in causing it. Given that they have a lot of advanced scientific projects about mines, tunnels, and is geothermal-energy driven, it's a possibility. Take a look: https://www.lapalmacentre.eu/ Click on the projects tab for an idea. I'm sure the projects are scrapped for now, but the site looks intriguing.
