Greetings Frens!
Got my horse paste measured and ready to go. I intend to take it today but wanted to get some feedback on protocol and experience and I was hoping to get some answers to some questions that come to mind.
If I take it today, how long should I wait to take another dose?
Should I take on an empty stomach or with food?
Should I take it along with my normal daily regimen of zinc, c, d, and quercetin?
Lastly, what should I expect out of this, experience-wise? What feelings or sensations might I experience? Will I feel sick, any bodily aches or pains?
Thanks!!
Can we please stop calling this horse paste? it derails the message that Ivermectin works as prophylaxis and treatment.
Lima charlie... straight up "Ivermectin" from now on! :)
The half life is 18-24 hours. Most articles I've read reccomend taking it every 30 hours. Take it with some sort of fat. Let it be sugar free peanut butter or yogurt, etc. You still need to take all your vitamins. You don't have to take the quercetin. Ivermectin acts as a doorway for zinc to enter virus structures. Keep up with vitamin C and D, primarily. Ivermectin = 50 cal machine gun against covid. Quercetin = .22 rifle.
While you don't necessarily have to take the quercetin, I still did and do. Doesn't hurt. I just take it at night vs ivermectin in the AM. Without the zinc, it's pointless for destruction of virus cells.
I was not sick at all. I felt great. Did notice what looked like a possible parasite a couple times after a bowel movement. Can't say for sure if it was. Refer to Frontline doctors of America for guidelines on everything else.
Prophylaxis is on a 1x per week schedule for the ivermectin. Take it with food as it is fat soluable. Also take 50mg Zinc, 1000mg Vitamin C, Vitamin D (I take 10k IU daily, you might choosee more or less) and your Quercetin all together.
Continue the Zinc, C, D and Quercitin daily with food.
Edit: added Vitamin D.
Don't forget the Vitamin D
How did I miss that!? Thanks, I'll update.
I don't know the exact details of what's considered proper timing, but I went through my tube of horse paste in a once every other day manner.
I also mixed it with peanut butter because I'd read that it absorbs better if with something containing fats or oils.
The only side effect I had was a persistent lung infection/bronchitis cleared up on the second day (after the first dose). I'd had that damn nagging cough for months and the smoke from all the fires (live in CA. Don't judge) was really irritating it. But, like I said, after one dose and a day, it was all gone.
Are you having any symptoms? I had a bad headache and some nasal drainage - I took some of the paste - for my weight - just the one dose - and was feeling much better just a few days later! Good luck!
I'm not having any symptoms currently, but over the past week I have been around a lot of people, some of which were displaying cold symptoms. Other than that I am also interested in the anti-parasitic properties...something I've been hoping to do to get to a better state of health. People have been talking about how they feel better than they have in ages after taking ivermectin.
True... I'm keeping mine "just in case". I did see a post earlier this morning about also using vinegar to clean out the gut. I may also try that and save my Imvermectin for later! Keep us posted on how you are doing!! God Bless!!
Literally just took this morning. 4 notches (50lbs per notch) on the plunger, with or without food, empty stomach not a problem. Saturday 2nd dose, Monday morning 3rd. Rinse and repeat in November.
You will feel normal.
One notch per 50 pounds of weight on day 1; then again on day 7; then again on day 30; then every 30 days. If you take it on an empty stomach, it will quickly go to the intestinal tract and act more like an anti-parasitical treatment. That is what I did with my first dose ( no side effects whatsoever). The second dose (day 7) I took 3 hours after main meal, being 3.5 times more absorbable this way, per the literature (again, no side effect whatsoever). Third dose on day 30, again 3 hours after dinner, no side effects at all. Be careful not to take too much zinc as it competes with copper for absorption, thus it could lead to a copper deficiency. Copper is also crucial for our immune system.
Once a week dose .,, not a doctor
Empty stomach except for pnut butter on my tongue after I swallow the Ivermectin. I wash the Iver down with hot water. It's not gross, but the apple scent I could do without. I wait half an hour to eat. Then you must take your zinc! With food. I've noticed a bit of a rush from the Ivermectin. Like my body is thrilled to get it.
It looses 1/2 its potency if not taken with food. No reason to wait an hour.
I took mine with some yogurt and a thick slice of cheddar... I felt that rush that you described about 20 min in.
Now I just feel good!
You won't have any sensations or feelings at all other than you may have a little giddy in your step just because you know you have done something good for your body. Its all good!!!!!
Interesting you said that, so I took it about 30 min after I posted this (got some good feedback so I went ahead with it).
After about 20 minutes I felt very warm...like a heatwave washing over me. didn't feel bad at all, just different, and good. High energy though and my mood lifted.
So it's been 6-7 hours after. Took it with zinc, c, and d vitamins, yogurt and some cheddar cheese.
Felt a warm rush about 20 min in and now I just feel good and energized!
I wanted to thank you all for your advise... Made it a lot less concerning and I'm really glad I did it. This group really is full of great folks!
