If I was Dr. Rand Paul I would walk over to that HHS guy’s table and beat him senseless.

Dr. Paul has been there. (Beaten to the point of ribs cracked, anyway.) Besides, with the two tiered justice system we have, Sen. Paul would be jailed in solitary confinement even if Becerra started it!
