When it comes to people.

I think sometimes we complicate "culture".

There is what I call "Core Culture" and "Expanded Culture".

Core Culture is the most important things to humans. It's what we are all the same about.

Expanded Culture is things that make each ethnic group or subgroup different from each other.

Examples of Core Culture is

Secure Living Place
Food & Water
Job Opportunies to support oneself and family.
Dating and Marriage

Examples of Expanded Culture

Different Languages
Food Taste
Sensor of Humor
Clothing Choices
Music Choices
Movie Choices
Hobby Choices

These are "rough" ideas. So I hope this makes sense.
