He can END the Contract at any time....

He doesn't NEED to take the Jab....

But then, he can use JAG in order to Contest the entire Order also....

If he is given all the correct info, he can kill the Order with Proof of its deadliness, and that makes the Order into an Illegal Order, which is most certainly is....

And NO, they cannot Kill Him for refusing to take it...
