This is why I am saying the EO mandate is the same trickery and fraud the FDA used when they announced the approval of Pfizer's Comirnity. It was falsely reported to the American public that the Pfizer mRNA 'vaxxine' was approved. It never was approved. This was a LIE. Instead, they extended the EAU. Comirnity is not even available in the US.
The EO mandate is based on guidelines that do not exist. The EOCC and OSHA are to develop the guidelines. As of yet, either Agency has even scheduled a timeline and date to do this. Somehow, I don't think they will schedule it. The EO mandate has no teeth. Therefore, this is one reason why it cannot be implemented.
I'm not sure OSHA can do anything about employees of private companies until there's an adequate supply of tests. I haven't heard anything either about the Potato using his "emergency powers" to ramp up test production either.
If by test you mean the faulty PCR test - it's lost FDA EUA after December anyway. This is all a big game of chicken.
