Admittedly lots of med students do a lot of stimulants and other drugs to stay up longer hours

And that is the problem. We live in an overmedicated society, with a rampant drug culture and a very lenient attitude towards recreational drugs and alcohol That is the perfect storm for the vaccine to kill young people easily.
