Freedom to travel doesn't equal freedom to occupy a private company's airplane. Airlines requiring this shit should be punished but not for that reason necessarily. That would, however, apply to things such as New York saying you couldn't leave the state without a vaccine back when they tried that.
Right, but that's not what we're talking about here. What we're talking about is the federal government saying you must be vaccinated in order to fly domestically. To me, that means that if I own my own airplane, and I am not vaccinated, I would be prohibited from flying that airplane across state lines.
Ah, that makes sense and I'd agree there. I was originally thinking more along the lines of them forcing airlines to require vaccination and that "fly domestically" in the headline was just being used as a stand-in for flying on a commercial flight since most people don't own an airplane.
And while it sounds completely ridiculous that they would prevent someone from flying a private airplane by themselves without being vaccinated I wouldn't be surprised one bit if that's what they meant after all the other nonsense they've pushed forward.
I'm pretty sure the Constitution guarantees freedom to travel among the States... 🤔
Unfortunately, the Constitution guarantees many freedoms that have been taken from We the People, and that We the People do not fight for.
There sure are lot of laws infringing 2A.
