Amazing how growing up all I ever heard was that there was no cure for viruses...almost as if it were on purpose. Got an ear infection? That's bacterial...we'll fix you up in few days! Suffering from a nasty cold, or the flu? Lay in bed, take Tylenol and cough medicine and get better. I always thought it was so odd that advance modern medicine couldn't touch the common cold, stomach viruses, cancer, etc.
