I member seeing a video way back of some guy in a high rise picking away at the concrete that was used and it was just crumbling. People lived in the building but it wasn’t at capacity. They were using sea sand as aggregate in concrete I believe. They truly give zero shits about the citizens. These buildings would collapse one day and it wouldn’t matter.
