I came down with a nasty virus, probably covid. I'm planning to get some Ivermectin. Seems all the Ivermectin for humans will have to get shipped from India, so I'm thinking of just going ahead with the tube for horses.

How about no, Ivermectin is used in many countries. There are lots of academic studies on the subject. The difference between horse ivermectin and people ivermectin is like the difference between generic and labelled drugs. You still get the same stuff.
