Cant get on network or use the internet at the military base im on. Everything has been down for 30 mins. People freaking out.

Speculation: If the net goes down, it would likely be after 4:00pm ET. That's when the stock market closes, and if this is a planned takedown, they would most likely want to wait until after that.
