There's a lot of resources and posts about helping employees push back against their employers who are imposing some of these crazy mandates, but are there any good resources for the business owners themselves? I work for a small company with based owners who are kind of at a loss with all the new rules and regulations that are coming down the on them. They don't want to enforce them but they don't know how they can fight back. Any info would be appreciated.

There are no OSHA rules or Dept of Labor guidelines. There is no reporting mechanism back to the government, or set guidelines on anything. You can just ask one of the employees if they think everyone is vaxxed and if they say yes and you can claim compliance. You can ask your dog to bark twice if the company is non-compliant with the vaccine mandate and if it doesn't do so, you are in compliance. Again, there are no regulations on this.
This^^^ No one "needs" to implement anything as of yet, even if they think its going to happen.. It hasn't. It is all a farce. FALSE COMPLIANCE. To something that only exists in a "future fear". It is worse than "GLOBAL WARMING". Which is now climate change. There are no "thumbs of the government" over businesses right now. Just the "threat of it" in the future. MAYBE. OSHA doesn't even know what to say. They are going to be sue to HIGH HEAVEN and lose their asses over this if they do it. It is only a fear tactic. Seems to be working sadly.
You are very correct. I suggested the response should be as vague as the guidance given, and we crafted something that we're all very happy with and laughed about. Problem is partner number 3 is an attorney and a huge lib, so I think in the end we're more fighting against her than the government. LOL. FML.

Yes this is a tough one for businesses if it happens.
Choice is you impose vaccines or get fined into oblivion (which means the jobs go away). Either way, the employees get screwed.
Or fire sheep until under 100 | create new business unit(s) to reduce number of employees employed by any one business | let go of some employees & hire back as 1099 contractors/vendors
The Chamber of Congress has long been a Leftist organization. I doubt you will find any help or support there.
I suggested that they talk to people within the local Chamber of Commerce or the corporate Association that they belong to to see if there are like-minded owners to who would be willing to join together. My feeling is with HIPPA and the privacy laws, there's no way our business has an obligation to comply to what they're being requested to do, but the state is hoping to jam this down our throats before there's a chance for the litigation to start. I'm looking for some resources that could be used for an immediate response in the meantime.
