But we're missing something. Look at the little hand pointing to the needle on the right picture. Now look closely at the arm. There is something there, like a small clear disc stuck on the arm where the needle can push against without actually penetrating the arm. Maybe this is the bigger thing to see here. But it's clearly 2 different arms.
