"The end won't be for everyone" can be interpreted in myriad different ways

Good - only the bad people will be sad
Bad - good people are going to be sad when they find out just how powerful the bad people are, and how utterly amoral and depraved they are
The end WON'T be the end, not for everyone; it will be the end only for certain people; again, that could be the good people or the bad ones
