O'Keefe is a smart fellow, who knows how to get the most out of his messaging. Using 'Q' statements amplifies his message just like when Scavino or Trump uses '17'. Does it not amplify the message? Of course it does. Even when anyone uses the 'C'mon man' it automatically makes people think of 'Go-fuck-Joe-Biden'. In memory techniques this is a form of 'substitution'.
