The "court of public opinion" is only a metaphor and is indistinguishable from Lynch Law. Presumption of innocence is not only a legal norm, it is foundational to the Christian injunction to interpret things with charity.
Or, require people to prove their innocence. If you're good with that, I'm not.
I didn't fuck up; there is no admission. You can't even identify what you think it was. So, not going to a government school, you are really good with "guilty until proven innocent"? And you think you are not the stupidest generation? (I guess that would be a possibility for the stupidest generation.)
I feel like the guy in "Taxi Driver": "Are you talking to me?" I don't find this rant in the main page and I have no idea what you are talking about. In any case, I have three degrees in engineering and no need to use coarse language or abusive language. Evidently, you have a need. A really uncontrollable need. Since it is ridiculously futile, you are welcome to it. You can have my share! Isn't that being a nice guy?
Well, you've proven you can't read for meaning. My point was that the "court of public opinion" was not the same as a court of law, but was a metaphor. I don't mind wearing that, if you don't mind missing my clear meaning. It's that simple.
