Therapeutic doses for vaax injury, covid or long covid are 2000mg niacin 3x per day and as much melatonin as it takes to NOT flush. For non covid and non-vaxxed prevention is 1500mg niacin (for an adult of course) 3x a day. You would stay at that dose until you can start lowering melatonin dose and not flush.

I take Niacin daily but I will only take flush Niacin. I will not take that “No-Flush” crap.
