I work for an Ivy League university. I am great at my job. Help bring in millions of dollars a year. Lead an incredibly high-functioning team of 4. But if I am not fully vaxxed by Dec 8, I will be “removed from the payroll”. Don’t-cha love that euphemism? I am waiting for details on religious or medical exemptions but on principle I don’t think I should have to provide one. This is my line. My hill. Wish me luck.

it's not too late to try this approach: www.commonerlaw.com.
props to u/corrbrick who introduced the idea on this forum. Possibly the best/most helpful post I have seen on the subject of vax mandates and individual rights.
Thanks, Fren. I am watching it now.
Look up u/corrbrick posts on this subject, too. Good luck fren!
Like u/ItsAFreeCountry wrote, there is time enough to start a common law action, and maybe even finish it. The important thing is to begin it before the drop dead date (more likely to happen if jabbed, but I digress). Once legal action is pending, the school will have to tread carefully.
The general flow is:
I am at step 3 now, so don't know how it will actually play out. Step 4 is the wildcard. Q tells us that there are more good than bad people, but it's still a gamble. The wager is that because your aggressor knows that he personally stands to lose, he will blink first. Mostly, because you have nothing to loose by not blinking.
Common Law seeks remedy between two people, so it's always personal. Because your docs include: "NOTICE TO AGENTS IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS, NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS IS NOTICE TO AGENTS!" every enabler alone the chain from principal to lowest minion is on the hook to some degree.
