There was an astro turfed anti Q post in the hot/top rankings yesterday on r/conspiracy.
They are getting more and more desperate. Any press is good press. They wouldn't even be mentioning Q unless they needed to reinforce their narratives.

Artificial post/topic that is spread across multiple platforms/forums.
Astroturf is(was?) a brand of artificial grass used in place of real grass for sports playing surfaces.
It came be be a term to describe artificial attempts at showing 'grass roots' support for something.
