Are you sure? The hand doesn't look like it exactly matches up. I've never looked closely enough before, but the hand is between the 9 and 10. Now, normally I wouldn't read much into it, because it's a stock photo. That exact photo appears on 90% of the clock's marketing material. But the clock is not digital. It moves between the numbers throughout the minute.

As shown above, the hands can rest directly on the minute line. The time being shown is about halfway through the 10:09 minute, with an 8 increment alarm set. The alarm LEDs can show seconds, minutes, or hours.

If this were showing halfway through 10:09 (or 10/9) and an alarm were set at an increment of 8 (or 8 hours)...

Does the rally start at 8pm on the 9th? If so, there may be a boom coming.
