Are you suggesting because of that post that Dan was only controlling Trump’s Twitter? That’s one oh the drops that makes me think he controlled both.
At least 4 to 6 different people were actively using Q to make drops, based on subtle differences in the writing styles, cultural references, tastes in media, and introduced knowledge.
I think Scavino was one of them, and he used Q to shout-out to Patriots on Twitter;

As an example.
The post;
Someone had taken the lead with Q, Dan was 3 seconds behind on Twitter, when the target was a same-time post.
Yes, multiple people almost certainly. And we know multiple devices.

In the above example cited (up a few posts from here - drop 4527), I think it’s possible and even likely that Dan posted both drop 4526 and tweeted for Trump with the goal of a 0 second delta, and another Q operator (or even Dan in a self deprecating way — or words that Trump dictated) pointed out that Dan was slow and took 3 seconds between actions.
The idea that Dan wasn’t posting Q drops but was always watching for them to then do a quick Trump tweet with no delta (or waiting for a colleague to tell him they were about to do a Q drop and wait for it) is an unnecessary layer of coordination and an assumption that I don’t see evidence for. All to say, I think Dan is fully on the inside and a key part of Q.
