There’s not even a federal mandate yet but they are aligning to the guidelines for federal contractors.

Mine came out today for Dec 8th as well. Maybe we're in the same hi-tech corp. I need to replicate my current Common Law work into a parallel action. This time against the HR head. Maybe we can and should work together.
