Well it happened. My employer mandated the jab by Dec 8.

There’s not even a federal mandate yet but they are aligning to the guidelines for federal contractors.

So they have it posted on the internal homepage that they are following the federal mandate but there is no mandate yet. OSHA has not released the ETS. We need to get a lawyer fast.

Working on it.

In short, only looking for legal advise to get better understanding of state law.

I will force them to fire me.
