Oh, no doubt, occasionally (especially years ago) they’d let regular players win. But much like our election system that they’ve “perfected” the steal with - they’ve done the same with the lottery. It’s been proven all the money (in California at least) that was earmarked for the school system doesn’t end up getting to or benefiting the students.

In NJ when the lottery first started, people won every week or so. Most of them had their picture taken with a big check, and I actually know someone who won the million dollar one. That was over thirty years ago. Now when I look at the number of times a person won, it's like one every few months.For the smaller lottery which is usually in the thousands, it seems like no one wins until the jackpot is at least 100K. Shennagins for sure.
