We'll never really know, people in this level will continue to exist through their cohorts - at least for a while - to continue the agenda they've set in motion.
If he is really dead we might notice some more sloppily brazen acts to try and jam things through, but ultimately it'll putter out and fall apart - it might happen quicker than you think.
Maybe. We peons will not know anything that happens, it'll just be an ultimate attitude change... They're but going to let up what they've managed to wratchet up for a while though, at least I don't think so anyway.
If you ask me I think we might be at the apex of what they can pull, I don't think they're prepared or really willing to go any further if that guy is really dead... Head is off if he did really die off
