USA INC ended in 1999 after the third bankruptcy ended. The title 4 flag was copyrighted by Russel-Jay Gould.

The current system is a movie run by rogue elements as no authorization to elect any politician is in operation.

This is all tied to the Birth Certificate system, meaning, all people with a BC are dead cargo for a run amok ship.
